Adrian is responsible for the overall progress of Heroes AIDS Project. He manages donor relationships and liaisons with key partners and associates of the project to develop overall strategy for the project. He is also responsible for broad development, strengthening the infrastructure and creating sustainability for the Project.

Smriti Acharya
Senior Advocacy Director
Smriti executes, coordinates and integrates strategic plans for fulfilling the advocacy agenda under the Heroes AIDS Project. Her responsibilities include acting as liaison between Societal Leaders of the Project and Government, NGO and Private sectors, people living with HIV, funders and their partners. Working closely with the team, she also builds an HIV & AIDS resource database of experts, service and advocacy organizations to be used for the Advocacy/Media Campaigns.

Swati Mohapatra
Media Advocacy Director
Swati serves as the primary liaison between existing and proposed media organizations. She manages entertainment partnerships and identifies and interfaces with experts and organizations integral to the campaign and advises special programming development as well as the development of content for media partners. This includes long-form and original programming for television and radio; development and co-management of technical resources.

Mondira Jaisimha
State Director - Andhra Pradesh
Mondira manages the Andhra Pradesh state programme. She devises state strategy, manages SACS, NGOs & SLPs relationships in the state, as well as work with the regional media in creating HIV & AIDS awareness through more HIV based content with special focus on key populations. She is also responsible for Project's Societal Leader Programme in AP.

Neelu Punn Kale
State Director - Maharashtra
Neelu manages the Maharashtra state programme. She is also responsible for Project's Societal Leader Programme in Maharashtra.

State Director - Karnataka
Priya manages the formulation and implementation of Heroes Project’s advocacy activities in Karnataka. She devises state strategy, interfaces with the State AIDS Control Society, NGOs & other State Lead Partners in the state and works with the regional media in creating HIV & AIDS awareness through HIV based content with special focus on key populations. She is also responsible for the project’s Societal Leaders program in Karnataka.

State Director - Karnataka

Manish Kumar
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Manish Kumar is charged with the planning and implementation of Monitoring & Evaluation activities for the Heroes Project. His work involves the creation of tracking systems for the implementation of project activities and their alignment with the project’s strategic goals. He is also responsible for the project’s research and creating the framework for recording activities within key geographies.
